At 1144 Parkridge Drive, nature and everyday ease meet. This single-level three-bedroom/two-bathroom (1,288 square feet) delivers the feel of a standalone home at a fraction of the price—only one shared wall at the garage plus a small area behind the stove means no shared hallways, no shared entryways, no upstairs neighbors. Just your own front door, yard, and space.

Beyond the fence: open grassy land and rolling hill views. Deer wander past; hummingbirds visit the front-yard blooms. Just beyond is Cloverfield Organic Farm for fresh herbs, flowers, and fruit. Inside, fresh paint creates a move-in-ready feel.

Both bathrooms were updated with quartz counters, tile flooring, and contemporary fixtures. The kitchen offers a gas range and pantry, opening to the dining area for easy gathering. The fully fenced yard invites morning coffee and relaxed evenings.

An attached two-car garage adds laundry, storage, and secure parking. BART, AC Transit, I-80, Target, cafés, restaurants, and movie theaters are all close by—plus Wildcat Canyon, Point Pinole trails, and the San Francisco Ferry.

Hilltop Green perks include a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, green spaces, RV parking, and low Homeowners Association dues. All appliances included. Move right in.

Margaret Ann Thomas
Lic.# 02035971

Born and raised in Minnesota, Margaret earned her BA in political science at George Washington University before moving to New York City, where she lived for 12 years. There, she worked in the competitive and pressure-filled advertising industry, where she oversaw and managed campaign production roll-outs for such clients as Rado Watches, Mont Blanc, Tommy Hilfiger, and Geox footwear.

In 2007, Margaret sold or stored most of what she owned, bought a car, a tent, and a National Parks pass, and spent the next five months sleeping under the stars. Her travels took her south to Mexico for six months and then to Central and South America for over a year. It was on this trip she met her now-husband. They moved to the Bay Area in 2013.

Margaret is a passionate advocate for gender equality and over the past 25 years has devoted much time, resources, and energy to protecting and advancing women's rights. She is also deeply involved in dog rescue.

In addition to laughing and dancing with her daughter, Margaret's favorite things include downhill skiing, scuba diving, hiking, game nights with friends, reading old Calvin & Hobbes comics, listening to her extensive Modest Mouse collection, and watching old Ginger Rogers movies.
